Prima Europe– Fundo de Capital de Risco Fechado is a 2-tranches private equity investment fund investing in Prima Collection developments, a serviced-apartment brand. Investment in prime commercial assets including but not limited to hotels, apart-hotels, serviced-apartments and co-living concepts.

The Fund invests equity into companies developing or holding prime yielding service apartments and a brand company. Geographical focus on Portugal, mainly Lisbon, as well as other European cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Athens & Istanbul with excellent investment & growth potential.
