The focus for Next – Fundo de Capital de Risco Fechado, is diversified, prime commercial assets.  These include, but are not limited to; high street retail, logistics, and specialised ‘offices’ relating to health care and co-working. In Portugal, the main geographic focus is on the Lisbon area.

The Fund invests equity into companies developing or holding prime yielding commercial assets in Mediterranean tourist cities focussing, on the geographic area of Lisbon, in Portugal.
