CGC Capital – Fundo de Capital de Risco Fechado is a two sub-funds structure offering an opportunity to invest in education or critical infrastructure development projects, mainly in Portugal and other OECD countries.

CGC Capital’s Education Sub-Fund will invest in companies (property and operating) focused on education services, including:

-Development of real estate assets related to education

– Provision of ancillary educational & operative school services

– Project & management companies related to education

The Fund’s Critical Infrastructure Sub-Fund will invest in companies focused on critical infrastructure, including but not limited to the development and management of workforce / affordable housing assets.
