EQTY CGA  1 – Fundo de Capital de Risco Fechado will invest in companies owning boutique hospitality and food supermarket properties, as well as the development of high-end residential and retirement resorts. These real estate assets are located in prime areas in Portugal.

A further focus of Fund will be investments in the South East region of the USA.

EQTY CGA 1 will invest in companies involved in developing high-end residential units, retirement resorts, and hospitality and supermarket retail assets. These real estate assets are located in prime areas of Portugal, mainly but not exclusively in Lisbon and the Algarve, as well as in the USA (south eastern area).
